vlc: updated to 1.1.3.
Note - this version of the vlc package is not able to ENcode mp3 or aac audio (decoding & playback of these audio formats works fine of course). You can find vlc packages with a working mp3/aac ENcoder in my restricted repository at http://slackware.org.uk/people/alien/restricted_slackbuilds/vlc/
