[SN-014] New menu

You can see that the menu has been reorganized today. Some items have disappeared and a few new ones are there: Identi.ca, Twitter and Newsletter. They link to our pages on those sites for the first two and to our Yahoo Group for Newsletter. I hope you like the change.
