[A-1451] LibreOffice 3.2.99.3

libreoffice: updated to 3.2.99.3. This is also called 3.3-beta3.
I have added a number of language packs so that you're no longer limited to en_US.
Compiling libreoffice requires apache-ant, jdk, perl-archive-zip and
xulrunner to be installed (remove jre, seamonkey and seamonkey-solibs if you have compilation issues, and also logoff/login again after installing jdk and xulrunner). Compiling requires many gigabytes of free space as well as 2GB of RAM.
