[A-2394] New on ARMedslack-current

This is Slackware ARM 13.37 release candidate 3.

There'll probably be a few other package updates prior to the release but nothing substantial.

I've tested an update from Slackware ARM 13.1 to -current which worked perfectly, so as far as I'm concerned all that remains is to check and update the docs!
