UPGRADE.TXT: Added.
Added the Slackware ARM 13.1 -> 13.37 conversion document.
The upgrade has been tested successfully on a SheevaPlug that was originally running Slackware ARM 13.1.
INSTALL_KIRKWOOD.TXT: Updated.
Added the u-boot configuration line to boot from an internal SATA drive on an OpenRD Client.

l/sdl-1.2.14-arm-5.tgz: Rebuilt.
Patched to fix a crash related to a changed struct in the Linux kernel.
