[A-4816] New on Slackware-current

Still a few things in need of a rebuild for perl, such as perlkde, perlqt, and linuxdoc-tools, but I'd rather not leave things in a known-broken state so most everything else should be fixed now.
There's a couple of other updates, and a patch to glibc that I'm hoping will fix the reported crashes with Google Chrome.
