[A-534] New on SlackBuilds.org

This batch is mostly just a bunch of automated cleanups to bring everything up to date with the latest template(s), with a few bugfixes and updates scattered around here and there.

We're hoping to open up the submission form real soon now, but for now, have look at our new/updated templates, which are now hosted in a directory at http://slackbuilds.org/templates/ (and are also available in a git repo for those so inclined).
